November 30th 2021Over one hundred sixty members and guests of The Society of The Friendly Sons in the City of New York gathered on Tuesday, November 30th, for a Christmas reception at the New York Athletic Club.
Founded in 1784, The Society of The Friendly Sons in the City of New York is one of the oldest charitable organizations in New York State. The Society embraces its historical mission by focusing its charitable efforts in the areas of primary and secondary education, Irish arts and culture, and legal immigration assitance. The Society hosts several events throughout the year for its members. Its next scheduled event is the 238th Anniversary Dinner of The Society, to be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Cipriani Midtown.
